do-nothing Stooges accused Dave Israel of being reckless - how
ridiculous. Dave researches everything, licenses, insurance, prices,
law, reviews entire industries. He is meticulous and perfectionist,
he brings in legal opinions and accounting audits and engineering
studies and reviews. He also protects us against scammers and cheats. This is just the way he is. If you have ever
been on a Dave project committee you will work your socks off.
I don't doubt you are right, Elaineb. I just finished reading a book on the Snowden-NSA business, recommended by a friend (no, not Dave Israel), and between it and what Dave has told us about the NSA, I see that's how they go about their job: with great thoroughness. So I'm not surprised at all that you have found Dave scrupulously thorough in investigating ANYTHING. The country is fortunate to have that quality in its NSA personnel, and we are now fortunate to have it in Dave. The naysayers spout nonsense when they say not so. How many times have I sat down with Dave and others, a subject is being discussed, Dave is asked to comment, and he seems to muse for a moment (you can hear the "hmmm") because he is considering variables that are, or could be, involved. I like someone like that––who THINKS FIRST.
