I thought it must be a mistake that the East Gate and Rover numbers were the same, but it is not. I have seen an advance copy of Ed Black's report for the Feb, Reporter on Kent Security, and he cites this as a change: You call the East Gate for the Rover so the Rover driver can attend to calls in the proper sequence and there is a central control on what he or she is handling.
