We
just had an Annual Meeting, the main concern among the residents was
that everyone should follow the rules, they want a safe and
predictable association. That's fine.
But
it makes me think of the malcontents who break every rule possible.
They indulge in libel, slander, insults, ignore property lines,
ignore Robert's Rules, disrupt meetings, hang banners and post signs
where forbidden, ignore code, spread lies. They think their wishes can overrule
everyone - and they think they could run a village, ouch! What a
recipe for a corrupt mess.
