In
Margate, FL a Commissioner had to ask the public if disrespect and
negativity reflect their point of view and if they 'wish to support
the disrespect' or 'support respect in a positive way and want to
move Margate forward.'
He asked - Is it the way the majority thinks
or is it just a vocal minority. Negativity has transformed into
disrespect, insults and abuse. Negativity is such an easy tool to
use and hold onto, and it seems to be the hammer that some people
like to use.
We
have 'Freedom of Speech' and many will loudly state 'I know my
rights', but 'do you know your responsibilities'.
