A couple of years ago Donald Foster and I got talking about the Muscovy ducks and cooking one for dinner. So Donald did just that, and we enjoyed a nice repast at his and Chris's apartment. Duck, as you probably know, tends to be a little greasy (which I like but is probably bad for me as are most things I like) Interestingly, the Muscovy duck is not greasy.
Now hold up the posse, I did not say Donald killed the duck. He did not in fact. He drove all the way to Miami and BOUGHT one. That's right, you can buy Muscovy duck just like you can buy chicken or turkey for cooking down there. And I don't know what else, but we won't get into that.
