looked at the Court docket, I see Reflection
Bay has until October 14 to respond to the Court panel’s questions.
It would be logical that the “perpetuity clause” is
one of these (IMHO). Then researchers will prepare information for
the judges. It was the
county attorney who indicated that it could be “several months”
before the judicial panel issues any kind of ruling.
So
what is my point - that PRPC will not help their cause or the
village by protracted arguing at the next Delegate Assembly. Their
claims that they can somehow 'insure' their desired results at this
time is wishful thinking. It is time to wait.
So,
what is going on with PRPC. If you look at their blog its the same
old "Give money - Save the Village" sorry that is not a
plan and only adds to the disillusionment that is fogging the
village.
