Ever
since Malaysia Air MH370 went missing, presumed crashed, everyone has
been looking for the wreckage, in an effort to find out what
happened. The trouble though is that the search area involved is
vast, and combing the area will take a lot of time and a lot of
manpower. Enter the power of crowdsourcing to help.

Hi Elaine,
ReplyDeleteOk, best to donate your excess computer cycles to SETI, because the probability of finding the aircraft by this satellite program is flat zero.
IF the plane is in the ocean, it will be found by the SOSUS TDOA data, subject to Bayesian analysis. Research the sinking of the submarine Scorpion to see the power of this process.
Don't expect the Navy to say much about this.
