Yikes! That looks like my car. I'm glad the driver is all right. I can't quite figure out how she knocked down the 25 MPH sign on the other side of the tree, though. Did she take out the sign first, and it went flying, or did someone put it there to make a "statement"? Why am I saying SHE?? I could be hanged for that.
Looking through the CAM's weekly report, I found the answer in his photos, which by the way, are excellent. There is a shot of the car from the rear, showing in its wake a small tree ripped out of the ground and the speed limit sign on the ground and sticking out from under the back of car. The car has been stopped by the big tree. Therefore, the sign must have been removed from under the car and PLACED on the grass in front of the car.
