This
one's on a foot-long, toasted, buttered hot dog roll and filled with
a generous amount of fresh meat, juicy and salty. No mayo here since it's the warm,
saute butter Connecticut style. (Carmine pay attention)
Maine-style
rolls have a light swipe of mayo.
Not bad, Elaine, but if you think you can get me salivating with frustration, you are wrong, because I am up here in Maine Lobster Land, where you merely step out the back door to attend to the lobster traps (and access clams, shrimp and scallops too). This here is the Land of Plenty when it comes to seafood.
